I have discovered that there is a possibility to download files from MG, even when the download links are broken, or at least the following procedure worked on one file I had problems with (World War 6). Here's the procedure I came up with to solve this:
1. Log in to your MG account and go to the page of the file you want to download, but where the download link is broken.
2. Select "edit this page" (somewhere in the page)
3. Find the link to the file in the edit page screen (scroll down a little, it's near the top)
4. Here you can click (or right click) the link (a download dialogue will appear) and download the file directly, or you can copy the filename only, and follow the rest of the procedure
5. Go back to the broken download link on the main page (go out of edit page mode)
6. Click the broken link again
7. Paste the filename you just copied into the last part of the broken link in the address field in your browser (just replace the filename and leave the path alone. You will see that the filenames are different)
8. Press enter, and a download dialogue will appear, enabling you to download the file you want.
Feel free to comment on my post. This might have been solved before, but I haven't checked the forum for a solution, I just figured it out because I got a little annoyed at the constant broken links.
