Request TextWrangler 1.x serial number

I am trying to setup Mac OS X 10.2 on my G5. It all worked fine, until my SSD suddenly died a few weeks ago.
Anyway, the only thing missing (aside from a current browser) was a great text editor. TextWrangler 1.5 does a great job, but it is impossible to get anymore, even to purchase it. I managed to get the update for TextWrangler 1.0 to 1.5, which is actually the full version but requires a serial number.

Does anyone still have such a TextWrangler 1.x serial number?

This would be great.
I plan to get a replacement-SSD (RMA) and reinstall Jaguar on it.

I don't have a S/N for this, sorry. Only a recommendation if one isn't forthcoming:

BBEdit Lite 6.1.2 combined with the HTML plug-ins v1.20 is a pretty close substitute for TW on 10.1 and above (I still use this under Rosetta on SL). It just doesn't look as pretty as TW.

Of course if more grunt is required then the full BBEdit's 6 & 7 are also here.

Yes, I was using BBEdit Lite 6.1.2. I'll check out the HTML plug-ins, thanks for the hint!
BBEdit looks very Classic, like carbonized. TextWrangler 1.x looks more true Cocoa, that was the reason why I asked.

Thanks!

You can download the latest demo through archive.org https://web.archive.org/web/20041205193643/http://valdez.barebones.com/p...
but I couldn't find a serial for it. Sometimes software vendors come forth and allow to buy licenses for old software. I asked Stairways software about purchasing Keyboard Maestro for Tiger and they say they can issue a license for me.

P.S.
I like what you are doing there with the G5 and 10.2
I can imagine the insane speed with which that setup works! I mean Microsoft Office X launches in under a second with Jaguar on my G4 Cube!

I tweeted this link/question to Rich Siegel of Bare Bones, he said it's not possible to get a TextWrangler 1.x serial https://twitter.com/siegel/status/690283012718739456
