PCI video capture card for mac os 9

Hi!
I have a Power Mac G4 (Digital audio) (with mac os 9.2) and I want to edit videos on it.
I would like to digitalize from VHS and Hi8 and cut them.
I need a PCI which gives S-Video, composite video and audio input.
Can somebody help me?

Thanks,
All the best
TristanV

Twin Turbo TV Video capture card. That card will capture S-Video and audio input and it PCI card and it will work on VHS tape from Video cassette recorder.

You should consider a DV converter box instead of a PCI card.

I've tried products from
Canopus
Datavideo
Dazzle
Avid

All worked but only the Canopus and Datavideo worked flawlessly.

I use iMovie v2.1.2 as the capture software. BTV Pro works nicely as well as does Final Cut Pro v3.0.

Using Firewire 400 I've successfully captured video from DVDs, Live TV, Laserdisc, and Set top boxes from Streaming and cable sources.

When looking for a product, just look for the ability to transfer video from and to FireWire 400 ports.

No drivers are required if you use one of the software products I listed above to capture video.
