Old collection of MS Office Forms

I just bought a twenty year old CD with a collection of 200+ Office 6 templates from a vintage store. Would it be OK to upload those or not?

Please do. If the templates are Mac compatible, I don't see why not.

If the CD is a Mac/Win hybrid, can you use ImgBurn on Windows to make an iso image and zip it for upload? That would guarantee a successful rip of both partitions, if it's a hybrid rom.

Not sure if its a hybrid, as the CD is on its way in the mail. But I'll check once it gets here.

I finally(!) received the shipment of the Book with those templates that I bought - and the files are on a Mac Floppy!
I got a DVD drive - and even that is "ancient". But how the heck am I supposed to read a twenty year old Floppy Disk? Sad

I believe that the only machine I have with a floppy drive would be the PowerMac G4.

When the floppy drive in my old beige G3 died, I bought an external USB floppy drive instead. That drive still works fine for my old floppy disks with my 2014 Mac Mini under macOS High Sierra. Smile

It won't of course work with the really old floppy disks, including some of the first magazine cover floppy disks.

I still have to find a way of reading my ancient collection of Amiga floppy disks on my Mac ... a way that isn't hideously expensive at least.

IIRC you're located in Germany, m68k? I can do that. If you're close, I can even pick it up, yes Smile

Send me your address via PM and I'll send you the floppy in the mail.
In case PM doesn't work use my guestbook page and I'll delete the entry afterwards.

Floppy geht raus an dich sobald ich wieder ins Dorf komm (Mitte/Ende kommender Woche). The floppy is still in its original sleeve, but the book came all the way from the US and looks filthy as hell. So you gotta see if its even readable.
