Speedyshare is looking good for downloading.
The HUGO installer asks for Disk1 to install, with "Quit" as only option.
Could you make disk images of your game, eventually?
DiskCopy 4.2 is recommended by MG.
If you have no Mac with a floppy drive, BasiliskII build 142 can read Mac disks on a Windows box if they are 1,4MB disks. Fusion_PC can do the same, but it will require WIN98 or lower to run.

The installer in the folders still asks for disk 1. Of what kind are the original disks and on what cpu was the game supposed to run?

I made DiskCopy6 images of your folders and tried the installer from the disk1 image, but cant get further than this with SheepShaver:
Installeraren behöver mer minne för att kunna installera. Avsluta andra program och försök sedan igen med Installeraren. Du kan också ta bort systemtilläg eller minska cache minnet och sedan starta om igen.
Or this with BasiliskII:
"HUGO Disk 1" harr rätt namm men inte rätt innehåll. Klicka på Fortsätt och mata in en annan diskett eller klicka på Stopp om du vill stoppa installationen.
So, is there something wrong with the disk´s names, or didn´t you manage to copy all (hidden) files maybe?

As the HUGO installer seems to be 68k only, one might presume the game may run with a (emulated)
68030.

The box says it need a 68020 CPU or higher
4 MB Ram and a Colour Monitor

The Hugo game series is originally Danish, but were quite popular in other european countries as well. You may find more information here I guess this is a swedish translated version. There were several game releases in the mid 90's but I think there was only one version available for the Macintosh platform.

I actually got this installed on my old Centris 650. It takes up around 8 MB. Should I upload this installed version?

Anyway, that error message reads "The Installer needs more memory to run properly. Quit other applications and then try again. You may also try to strip away extensions or decrease the cache memory". What does this mean – decrease a cache portion of the RAM?

"'Hugo Disk 1' has got the correct name but not the correct contents. Click on Continue (Fortsätt) and mount another floppy or click on Stop if you want to abort the installation."
