Michael Ninn's Latex

I'm searching for this great adventure. All of the windows images downloaded in the web do not run on my mac, though they supposed to be hybrid versions.

XXX Stuff is hard to judge, even if its that old. Many here think that hosting such files here is not appropriate.
Did you DL the file from the Internet Archive?
What kind of Mac are you using to run the game with?

I did, but I can only see windows files on the disc and none of the mac files. I use basilisk emulator.

Too bad. Looks like the Mac side is missing on the CDs.
You might try Windows XP natively or with a virtual machine. Games from round about 2006 were often targeted on G4/G5 Macs. There will be no really working emulator for games from that time.
Rosetta in OSX86 10.4 to 10.6 may be worth a try though.

I have been able to mount on Mac the PC-only partition of hybrid images. In Classic Mac OS it comes down to the file's Creator code and also the version of Disk Copy. See the MG page for Disk Copy v6.5b (and see my comment there). In some cases, the final official Disk Copy (v6.3.3) can't be used while the unofficial version 6.5b succeeds.

Hi SkyCapt! You may know that there was a pretty good forum "OSX86.net" when John was running it. The forum is more or less in koma today, but the term OSX86 may have come to my mind from some nice memory.

For Latex, mounting the PC partition of the two CDs from the Internet Archive won´t help much I´m afraid. From macOS the CDs are seen as one big joliet volume. If there ever was a HFS partition, it may have been phased out by mistake or intention.
Are you sure the images are hybrid Mac/PC ones?

"86" is also slang for get-rid-of-this or "kill" in the worst sense. So their name OSX86 contains multiple meanings (which don't conflict imo lol).
