Do you mean drivers?
Are you using a PowerBook, which model?
I have a couple of PCMCIA cards I use for both my old PB1400 and my Newton 2100.
This "ORiNOCO" driver works with the two different wifi PCMCIA cards I have (sorry can't remember the brand).

Can you give me some more info on the PCMCIA cards: Manufacturer, model?
Your PB 1400, which System/Mac OS version are you using?

I will see if I can find the drivers for you.
