Displaying resource fork and data fork under Windows XP.

Hi!
I'm searching a program, which can display resource fork size and data fork size under XP. I've installed MacExplorer and MacInfoTip.dll, but neither first nor second work. MacExplorer displays only my root catalog, and I can't expand it, and MacInfoTip doesn't work co0mpletely. I'm using WindowsXP with SP2. Can somebody help me?
Best Regards!

Well, you do realize that Windows filesystems don't allow for a resource fork, so any file you copy from a Mac will have its resource fork stripped? Or, maybe you are referring to browsing an HFS partition from within Windows... in which case I believe there was a program called HFSExplorer or similar...

There was a Mac program which could split the resource and data fork into two files. These could be handled in Windows, sent by email, ftp or such, as they appeared as files to the 'foreign' environment. Same program could join the pair into a fully functional Mac file again.
I guess you could examine the separated parts in Windows for the information you mention.

Well, I've downloaded X-Wing from this site, and I want be sure, I can copy it correctly on Shapeshifter disk. The same situation is with all files, which I've downloaded from Internet...

OSH,

If you download a file from Macintosh Garden that is a stuffit file (or some other archive) you don't have to worry about the resource and data fork. Just copy the archive over to the hard disk image you use with your emulator. Then expand it inside of the emulated system.

If you expand the archives in Windows, they won't work for the reasons you just described...

SwedeBear,

That would be a fun toy to play with. I do hope someone can upload it to the site!
