Books about old Mac OS.

Hello everyone, unfortunately, I have few games and programs in the Mac OS operating system, but I still have some books about old Mac OS, and therefore I will upload books about old Mac OS to this site. What do you say to that?

You might (also?) want to try VintageApple.org. The books may already be there or they might like copies.

Thank you man. Laughing out loud
More reason for me to suck the Internet dry - my landlady is gonna love me for eating up her bandwith.

Good point scanning old manuals!
I´m about cleaning out the attic and there are German manuals of MacDraw and other stuff.
Is anybody willing to do the scan and publish work?
I would be glad to give everything away.
I´ll add a listing here whats still on the attic.

I'm working my way through MacFormats.
Contact pcamen at the 68kmla.org site. He was looking for things to scan in.

There is the "bomjack's " site that has a boatload of books/manuals etc, the mac area is
a bit spartan, if you have any books scanned , just let that guy about it.

Thx man! That site begs to be sucked dry asap. Smile
And to think I paid good money to buy some of those books on eBay, rip them page by page and then scanned them manually. Shock

PS: That site sucks slooooow.

IIRC David (the guy behind that site) used to sell DVDs/BlueRay with the ebooks, contact him (email on the site) as it will be quicker to get collections you want, plus, I know the monies go towards the cost of the server he pays for.

If it's just the actual cost of the DVD and postage, then many companies will turn a blind eye, but making any kind of profit off of what are really illegal copies of other people's products is a big no-no and could very easily get him into trouble.

I see you approve of my idea. Well then, I think we will be able to publish several books this or next week.
