Included in one of the "hard disk packages" on Basilisk was the original Prince of Persia (in color) from Brøderbund Software (I use the hard disk but haven't booted from 7.5.3 yet). I remember playing this a bit (from another Mac Garden version) on a real iMac, but in Basilisk, it crashed in the intro so I never got to get to the point where the Prince is impaled on floor spikes. The problem is I couldn't do any further testing because of an Error -39 bomb, and it's been like that ever since even with new launches of Basilisk. As Google is impossible with pre-Mac OS X help these days, I had to dig deep in old Mac PDFs to see that error -39 is a corrupted file. However, the date created/date modified is still 1992 (I'd be suspicious if the "date modified" changed to November 2018). It's possible something that PoP relies on got corrupted, but the only suspect would be the Preferences folder and there's no trace of it. What's going on?
