Cleaning up a little, I found fifteen of these:
If you want any, just let me know how many via the mail button.

First come, first serve.
The stickers are free for registered MG members.

All gone? I'd love to stick one of these onto my auto's rear window
Nobody wanted them so far, linked the offer to Emaculation too.
If you wish, I´ll send you as much as you want MTT.
The adhesive is on the back, not much use for a car presumably.
dang, I thought you meant the cute little white/clear ones that come with everything these days. I used to have one on the back of Mum and Dad's cars, but they have new cars now, and I have no little white Mac logo stickers anymore
I have about a zillion of the white clear ones in both sizes if you still want some lemme know. I don't know how you'd get back to me as this forum doesn't let me know via email when someone replied like all the other forums I go to. So it's sometimes tough to remember to check. Wasn't there a guestbook page or something? Don't know much about how this forum operates but I like it.
Didn´t the white/clear ones come with 10.6 retail? I was under the impression that Apple is still selling a few.
Maybe a bit too dear, USD 20 for two stickers, but a spare copy of 10.6 Server can´t harm anybody.
For the "Hit the Road" stickers, only one MG member asked for it so far.
My wife has trashed her stamp collection, so I´ll pay the postage for you. We have tons of mint stamps right now, which are useless for anything else than sending letters.
only one MG member asked for it so far
I hope that was me, you're referring to.
Wow! Now I'm looking forward to seeing those stamps, too
Would you send me your snail mail address again MTT?
Something went wrong or get stuck in some spam filter maybe.
With MTTs stickers, stuff is gone for now - unless something shows up on the attic.
Hi 24bit
If you didn't get my email, then you should check your spam bin
for gmail, I imagine this would be on-line.
Cheers, Mike (MTT).
Well, I asked you through mail.
Stickers in envelope Nicolas. Nothing to worry about, just MTTs mail is weird.
Edit: Nothing in gmail spam folder either.
I replied to your mail that I received this morning, AEST. Any sign of it getting through? Just checked my mail and your reply is there. Cheers
If only I owned a Volkswagon so I could put this sticker next to the Das Auto sticker
Now we got to wait for snail mail delivery.
Watchsmart asked for stickers too, so TMM, MTT and Nicolas will have four PB stickers.
I included some old colored Apple stickers for all of you.
Oh, thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanks!
It's sure I'll send you back a postcard. Send me your Snail Mail info through mail
If only I owned a Volkswagon so I could put this sticker next to the Das Auto sticker
Seeing the photography above, I think I'll put another sticker onto the front of my Mac:
"(Not any computer, but) Der Computer."
Cheers, I much prefer the layered colour Apple logo...
@TMM, are you saying you already got the mail?
Thats pretty fast.
Thank you, 24bit. I got mine today!
@24bit - nah, I was referencing your comment above regarding the old colour apple logo stickers...
Boy, the mail down here can take forever (sigh)
I'm waiting for the snail mail yet.
UPDATE: I'm scared because of a change in the Chilean ZIP Code that I haven't noticed. :S What should I do?
As 24bit says. Not much you can do, but wait.
Postal employees have to deal with broken addresses, typos, poor handwriting, etc, on a daily basis. If the postal address is itself at least correct, an incorrect ZIP code shouldn't present too much of a problem.
Except for waiting, there is not much you can do.
In the good old days, undeliverable mail was sent back. Don´t know whether thats done nowadays.
Got my stickers today. I was MOST PLEASED by the coloured Apple Computer stickers. What a blast from the past.
Was für ein fantastisches Geschenk. Du bist der beste!
Good to know they survived the journey. I liked the colored ones best too.
Could never make up my mind to make use of them though.
I recall only two stickers I liked to place somewhere: "Intel Outside" on my Amiga 2000 and "Vorsicht Etagenpanther" (cat sticker) on my BMW E3. http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMW_E3
Yes. That "Intel Outside" was a great one
In Ger, there was also popular "Irrtum Inside"
(could be translated with "Mistake Inside" very well) .
do you still have any of these?
These ones?
If my memory is correct, I had them in IBM-blue - gone with my A2000B.
Seems the still can be ordered: http://www.stickerart.com.au/product_info2.php?products_id=10212&osCsid=...
Running Mac emulators on some X86 powered boxes, such stickers may seem obsolete from todays view.
The good old PPC601/603 cpus came from IBM mostly.
A AMD rig running 10.6 Server, emulating MiniVMac, Basilisk_II, SheepShaver and maybe PearPC combines the best of both (or all) worlds methinks.
Got this beautiful postcard today in return:
These birds are great. If looks could kill, we were in in trouble.
They are a type of kingfisher, but mostly eat worms/grubs. They make a nice "chorus" when two get together. Watch any Tarzan movie for an example

and of course...
They are a type of kingfisher, but mostly eat worms/grubs.
And hamburgers
I was taking a lunch break in a local park, eating a hamburger. I noticed a kookaburra eying me intently from a branch in a tree about 15 meters ahead of me. Some noise to my right took my attention and I turned my head to see what was causing it. A split second passed, not much more and I detected a blur of movement from my left. It was the kookaburra, it had dive-bombed my burger and swiped a great bite out of the burger on the fly - fortunately my fingers were still attached to what remained of the burger
He,he - just read that Dacelo novaeguineae (Lachender Hans, Bushman´s Clock) is known as a bold thief.
Clever birds catching mice, rats, snakes also.
He,he - just read that Dacelo novaeguineae (Lachender Hans, Bushman´s Clock) is known as a bold thief.
AKA "Laughing Jackass", too. "Dacelo novaeguineae" is the species I'm familiar with (not the ones in the postcard pic above). From 1st hand experience I can attest to their "bold thief" reputation
And clever too, but not as quite as bright as the Australian magpie (Cracticus tibicen), which manages to evict such competition as this kookaburra from its home turf. The magpie's early morning song variations make up for the kooka's absence
Chinese food: Dogs, Cats, Mice.
Players at german Guessing TV show, where one player draws black & white graphics ("Pictionary") ,
where other players have to guess what he's drawing: Every time, the first words were: "Dog, Cat, Mouse."
I'm still waiting that mail, ooooooooooohh!
I'm expecting the same as the old Ubuntu ShipIt program. From Isle of Man to Chile it took around 5-6 weeks to come every package. Maybe it could be ready at least for November 15th.
I'm looking for the rainbow Apple stickers. Would love to have one. I have on stuck on my toolbox but it'll never come off sans damage.
Today it was a wonderful day...
First of all, I got a wonderful job at KidZania right in Santiago, I went to Las Condes to see again some old teachers of mine which I haven't seen six years ago...
And today, January 10th, I've received a snail mail that I thought it was lost forever.
I didn't forgot the promise I said you 24bit... I'll prepare you a surprise in exchange.
THANKS A LOT!
Congratulations for getting the job!
Never heard about that actually: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KidZania
No need to send back anything from your side, comrade.
too late i already have a vintage apple 1991 rainbow sticker...so all i can say is not inerested
