This is the first CD in what was supposed to be a series entitled Wild Blue Yonder: An Epic Adventure Through the Age of Flight, based on the history of aviation. I do not know if the series ever progressed beyond this first title.
50 Years of Gs and Jets combines live-action colour aviation footage, pilot interviews, and text written by Walter J. Boyne, former director of the National Air and Space Museum.
Sourced from the Internet Archive but with Finder artifacts from 2020 that I have eliminated in the download here.

The installer is for 68k & PPC but the installed application is for 68k only.
