SpiralGraphics is an electronic version of everybody's favorite toy, the Spirograph. You can create great graphics in 256 colors! Choose any ring or circle size. Position the pen anywhere you want. Select a color from the color palette and then let it run. You can watch the animated circle spin around within the ring drawing all kinds of fun shapes.

Sort of works on Mac OS 9.2.2 but seems to crash when I go to save an image.
