From Wikipedia:
Shiira (シイラ, Japanese for the common dolphin-fish/Mahi-mahi) is an open source web browser for the Mac OS X operating system. According to its lead developer Makoto Kinoshita, the goal of Shiira was "to create a browser that is better and more useful than Safari". Shiira uses WebKit for rendering and scripting.
Download 1 is Shiira 2.3, the final version available. For Mac OS X 10.4.x and up, though it has been reported as buggy on Mac OS X 10.5 and above, so stick with OS X 10.4 with this one. Universal Binary.
Download 2 is Shiira 1.2.2, the last version compatible with Mac OS X 10.3. May or may not need Mac OS X 10.3.9. Universal Binary.
Download 3 is the source code for Shiira 2.2
Included on the Mac Garden because it's free, open source, and sadly discontinued.
