This app works with: SheepShaver, Basilisk II, Mini vMac

A long-standing classic of molecular biology. Circular plasmid map drawing software for high-quality printing. Non-crippled shareware.

Extract from documentation: "As a stand-alone Macintosh application, MacPlasmap supports such common facilities as data entry, saving, retrieving, and printing. If necessary, plasmid maps produced by MacPlasmap can be transferred to other advanced drawing programs for modifications."

Tested successfully on:
Mini vMac for Linux w/ System 6.0.8
Mini vMac for Mac OS X w/ System 6.0.8
Basilisk II for Linux w/ System 7.5.5
SheepShaver for Mac OS X w/ Mac OS 9.0.4

There is a PDF version of the manual for those who are not able to read the old Word 4 file format. There is also a printout sample produced with PrintToPDF to give an idea of the end result:

There is a glitch with Mini vMac, both Mac and Linux. It is asking frequently: "The disk “MacPlasmap v1.82” needs minor repairs. Do you want to repair it?" No such issue with that same disk image in Basilisk II.
