Mac Sweeper is an open-source system optimization utility for Mac OS 10.2 and above. This is ultimately a GUI for various compilicated UNIX commands. Many similar utilities cost around 10-15$ - this, however is completely free.

While the requirements say 10.2 or later there is information on his original website saying it runs on 10.1 but that is untested by me.
