i wonder if it works to run win95 osr2!

Yep, no problem with Win 95 OSR2 (& upgrade of DOS Compatibility software to v1.6.4).

i was watching a video on this system last night where the user demonstrated that they made the LC 630 Dos compatible able to cut + paste clipart from Mac OS program, into a dos/windows 3.0 app (via DDE?) i found that quite interesting!!! such a rare beast to actually be able to run windows 3.1/mac os 7 at the same time.... with native 486/68k cpu processing, i wonder if it works to run win95 osr2!

@dr.zeissler: Hi, I have at one point owned both 7" & 12" PCI DOS cards - But they were purchased 2nd hand and without included software. I used the 1.6.4 Compatibility software with both (IIRC).

However, I think it is likely the issue you have with a MIDI interface to the 630 was never enabled or fixed (i.e.; it's hardware related). I think your experiments in this area point towards that.

I could not find the remarks for the MIDI issue in the 1.6.4 Version of the Software.
Is it fixed through 1.02 ? or in 1.5 ? Thx Doc

The Two CD's for the PCI-Cards (7"-12" P100->P166) would be very nice too Smile
