Guides on emulating older applications

This is a ROM flasher utility apparently developed for Apple prototypes with ROM SIMMs/onboard ROMs utilizing Flash/rewritable memory. This was recovered from the prototype PowerBook 520 which I purchased in September 2020.

This doesn't run properly on my 520 prototype - but for earlier prototype PowerBooks that use a flash ROM it should hopefully run.
