This is an interesting 3D modeling and rendering (I use this term loosely) program. It actually makes use of shading, and does so pretty well, given the fact that color had not yet come to the Macintosh. This program actually surprised me when I first used it, as I had no idea a program with this much capability existed prior to the release of the Quadra series.

A high-end counterpart, Pro3D, was released in 1986.

Easy3D.image_.sit is version 1.00. is version 1.01.

Architecture: 68k

Make sure you boot from the disk image. I tried to run it under a separately installed System 6.0.4 only to have it crash.

If I'm remembering correctly, this application even had a simple file format defined for importing vertices and surfaces. That was a handy feature for producing 3D plots of data or custom algorithms--at least in the days before Mathematica.
