Cubase SE from 2004, identical to Cubase LE albeit less restrictions.
You an add many-many VSTi instruments and many effects to tracks unlike in LE.
No serial or dongle needed (like in LE).

Cubase-SE.zip: Preinstalled copy of Cubase SE 1.0.7

cubase_se_plugins.dmg: Reverb A and UV22 plugins for SE. Follow instructions below to install.

SE_plugins_update.dmg: Updated plugins for Tiger. Follow instructions on disk to install.

To install Reverb A and UV22:

1. Mount the disk image "cubase_se_plugins.dmg"
2. Open the mounted image
3. Now go to Applications, select "Cubase SE", and choose "Show package contents" from the context menu
4. Open "Contents" > "VstPlugins", you should see 7 folders there
5. From the disk image open the folder "other" and drag "UV22" into the folder "other" of the Cubase SE package
6. From the disk image open the folder "reverb" and drag "ReverbA" into the folder "reverb" of the Cubase SE package

I used once LE to recorded 3 songs when I only had available my PowerBook G4 12''. Did the trick perfectly with something like 5 tracks of audio (I did the mix on a modern machine with Reaper). Haven't used much SE yet but seems perfect.

thanks for rescue this DAW, is clasic and powerfull from old macs.
