The ChoiceStick Mark V is an ADB adapter that allows Mac users to use Sega Genesis, Atari, PlayStation, N64 and PC gameport controllers all on one device. It was released in 1997 and renamed the JoyPort ADB sometime around 2000. A USB version of the JoyPort was also released. The ChoiceStick software supports keyboard emulation, the JoyPort ADB and USB software supports both InputSprocket and keyboard emulation.

Anybody got one of these and would sell it?
I tried the USB model in Win 7 but it didn't work, "Unidentified device, No software found". It doesn't work in OS X either, bummer. This link has more info about the problem.
I want one of these so badly... Would love the USB model for Win 7 + Emulators
