This is version 1.0.1 of Carbonic.
Description taken from Macupdate.com:
Carbonic is a simple droplet application that will tell you if a certain application has been Carbonized (compatible with Mac OS X).

CompatibilitySeems to be a development version, so the only correct result pops up, if a Mac application is carbonized in fact (by a msg box telling "hey") . If an 68k or an PowerPC application will be dragged onto the app's window, it will also be stated as carbonized, which is obviously wrong. Doesn't allow to drag Cocoa applications (which are Mac OS X PowerPC based) and doesn't allow to drag Universal Binary or Intel applications (which did'nt existed, when Carbonic has been developed) .
