Design beautiful 3D Landscapes with Bryce
It works great on 68k.

Metatools' Bryce 2 generates stunning, fractal-based 3-D terrain objects that you can embellish with natural-looking textures and visual effects. Ray tracing enhances the photo-realism of these images, which are suitable for professional-level illustration, video, or multimedia production.

Beyond generating terrain objects, Bryce 2 gives you tools for building infinite planes representing the ground, water surfaces, and cloud layers; an array of object primitives for building simple structures; and an assortment of lighting options.

Excerpt: Macworld review of Bryce 2 (Wayback Machine)

Top DL: MetaTools Bryce 2 CD-ROM for Macintosh and Windows OS's in a hybrid Mac/Win CD-ROM zipped ISO image.
MD5 checksum & Filename: bd9197d1f450e19094956fa34f13e9b2 *bryce2-hybrid-cd.zip

This CD-ROM ISO image was a free giveaway with the magazine "Computer Arts" Issue 23, October 1998. Disc issue 23b. It contained the full install set of Bryce 2 for both Mac and Windows OS's. This CD was badly damaged due to wear and bad storage, so it is a reconstructed rescue effort. Most of the files were recovered and fortunately the installers were not damaged. Any damaged files have been omitted.

If accessing this ISO image from a classic Mac OS:
To restore the correct Finder info & icons for the enclosed file - use MacZip to extract.
Use the "Virtual CD/DVD Utility" from here and double-click to mount this CD ISO image onto your desktop to access or install from. - Or use Toast to either mount or burn this image to CD media.
All other OS's, use the unarchiving and burning/mounting tools of your choosing.

Note: On the CD in the "Documents" folder there is a file containing serial codes for both Mac and Windows. These don't appear to be required, as installing from the CD you are not asked to personalize the program. It simply installs and you can immediately use it.

I can't believe how easy to use this software is! I've been wanting to dabble in 3D rendering on OS 9 and Bryce 2 is great. I suggest also downloading the model pack for more interesting things to add.

Of course it does, it depends on te ROM you used in the emulator. ie. a Quadra ROM would offer a 68040 instruction set, over a Mac Plus ROM offering a 68000 instruction set.

Rendering under emulation takes forever.

I regret leaving behind this book in the States (amongs a lot of things, including my Apple Performa):

Get the Bryce 2.0 book by Susan A. Kitchens, especially if you find it with the CD-ROM. There's a movie called "Planetary Traveller" that was made using Bryce 2 and Bryce 3 while that version was being developed.

So, did you check the Web page?

http://translate.google.com/#

It's less than perfect but sometimes it can give you some clue as to what you're looking at, especially when you don't understand the script or alphabet itself.

Did you bookmark that site, Euryale? If you can post the link here, it might be useful. I'm in the States and we've got a lot of people who are bilingual in English and Chinese!

@ Attila

I don't know, the thing is, that I found a Mac Chinese web page, And I don't know any Chinese,
( by the way, I am a Mexican Girl, and I live in Mexico and older Mac Stuff is impossible to find here
I haven't able to either find or buy an older Mac hardware Sad)
so I just clicked on the only words I understood which led me to a bunch of Mac Public files available for download.
so I downloaded everything I could, among all these files were the Claris 4 for 68k ...In Chinese!
check it out:
http://macintoshgarden.org/apps/clarisworks-40-osc-68k

also I found the Microsoft word 6 that you like so much

and all these, some of them.. I don't know if the are allowed in Macintoshgarden:
ALL are in English, except Claris 4

(of course I tested ALL the programs, and I uploaded the ones that work fine(all of them work fine)
but I've only had problems with the AutoCads)
