From the read me file:

Broadcast Calendar is a calendar utility which displays Gregorian and Standard Broadcast calendars for any year between 1926 and 2076. It is intended to be placed in your Apple Menu Items folder for reference as you work. Weeks may be displayed beginning on Sunday or Monday, and the font, size and style of the displayed text may be adjusted to taste. All calendar types can be copied to the clipboard, printed, or saved to disk.

Broadcast Calendar doesn't actually broadcast anything - it's not a network calendar. "Broadcast" is some sort of television industry calendar style which starts the week on a Monday and puts the final few days of the month in spare boxes in the top-left of each month.

The customisation options are limited to only a few font sizes.

The application is on a Disk Copy 4.2 disk image (1.44MB) inside a StuffIt 3.5 archive.

Compatibility
Architecture: 68k

The application does run under System 6, although it complains on startup about a lack of Apple Events. The application's windows are bigger than the standard Mac Plus / Mini vMac screen.
