MacTopas is a 3d software environment developed by At&T in early 90's as a porting from a pc (dos) version named Crystal Topas and it becomes very hard to find in the years. Has been a groundbreaking 3d software for his very advanced features (with a "broadcast" version with native output on Truevision Targa or NuVista), and the presented version is the "animator", whit the possibility to manage the scene with a "spline editor per single channel. A tipical workstation at the time: Mac OS 7 on Quadra 700/900 (tipically a Quadra 900 in a broadcast environment with Truevision Targa/NuVista and genlock)
