From the readme:

The ASCII Chart Desk Accessory opens a window & builds a chart displaying all 256 chars. The ASCII Chart menu can be used to change the displayed font and size (9, 10, or 12 point only).

Type a character or click on a character’s cell to select that character and show its hexadecimal and decimal equivalent along with what the DA considers to be the simplest way to type that character. Additionally, up to 255 characters can be pasted from the clipboard to the chart, causing each character to highlight in sequence. Click the mouse or press a key after a paste to abort the display. Hold down the shift key during a paste to speed up the display.
