Apollo is an app/file/folder launcher. It takes the form of a popup menu that can be summoned from any mouse location, on Finder windows and/or the menu bar.
It also manages window selection and app switching.
Overall, it is very customisable.
Apollo is similar to FinderPop, but runs on older systems.
Using PopupFolder alongside Apollo will get you even closer to a FinderPop experience on a 68K Mac.

Comments
I prefer version 1.22 as 2.0 feels like everything bloated in terms of features and complexity.
