CompatibilityMinimum System requirements:
Minimum Host application requirements:
The classic version (Top DL) runs fine in Photoshop 7.0.1 in Mac OS's up to 9.2.2, but only under a native classic Mac OS. That is; not in Photoshop 7.x under OS X.
The Carbon release (2nd DL) runs fine in Photoshop 7.0.1 under both a native Mac OS 9 and a PPC Mac OS X 10.1 and newer.
Eye Candy 4000 was carbonized for full OS X compatibility in 2002. The final update (4th DL), version 4.3.0 is from 2005 and is for Mac OS X only.

Comments
Interestingly, Eye Candy 4000 continued to be patched until perhaps 2006 - it went to version 4.3.0, for OS X only.
This was so highly valued way back when, brings back so many memories
