A rare ".5" full version Photoshop release from Adobe, Adobe's Photoshop 5.5 was the 1st version to include Adobe ImageReady as part of the Photoshop installation package. It was also the 1st Photoshop release to be fully "Appearance Manager" compliant on Macintosh OS, and although it is "backwards compatible" with System 7, it will only install onto Mac OS's 7.6 or later.
