Emulation
This app works with: SheepShaver, Basilisk II, Mini vMac

Adobe PageMill 2.0, which was introduced in early 1997, corrected these issues with a package that, according to one review, "adds more features than I have fingers and toes… PageMill with its tables, frames, graphics, and support for form interfaces, makes it easy to lay out a page"

Design Web pages with Adobe Pagemill 2.0, included the Acromill site management program
and Adobe Photoshop LE which came in the CD.

I love this App, I can still make basic web pages readable on almost any modern browser
(I still use it alot)

The first download link above (17.5MB) is a compressed StuffIt archive containing a disk image of pre-installed copy of Adobe PageMill 2.0.

The second download link above (4.06 MB) is a compressed StuffIt archive containing four disk images of Adobe PageMill 2.0 from the original media.

The third download link above (299 MB) is a compressed zipped archive containing a ".toast" image of Adobe PageMill 2.0 CD-ROM. Inside the CD-ROM you will find the installer, Adobe Photoshop 3.0.5 LE, Acrobat Reader 3.0 installer, Adobe Services and Technical Info, documentation, Image Club WebMorsels, Sample Web Pages, Get Online! stuff, and several goodies for Adobe PageMill 2.0 such as Advanced web tools and Virtus 3-D Website Builder.

Thanks for your reply. I did get it to install, somehow. Not sure what did it. I can only mention at this point in time that I opened all four folders, and opened the installer by double-clicking the 2nd archive rather than the installer app.

Either way, the installer always asks for Disk 2 without giving me the option to browse

When it asks for Disk 2, are you able to switch to the Finder and mount it this way?
You also could mount all neccessary disk images before running the installer, then the Installer should find it and not have to ask for it.

I'm having difficult installing Pagemil 2.0 on Mac OS 7.5 using Basilisk II. I've tried copying the files from the disk image to the HD and executing the installer that way. I've also tried to just run the files from the mounted disk image, which I ran at startup. Either way, the installer always asks for Disk 2 without giving me the option to browse-locate -- meaning I have to quit the installer.

Edit: Replaced 'xxx 7' with 'Mac OS 7' - IIGS User

This seems to be an HFS+ image, or at least it isn't an image I can open in Mini vMac. If you can stuff the contents and put that in a .dsk (if necessary) I'll be able to convert it.

@Everyone who posts: Stop arguing or I may have to delete some posts ... Smile

@Arianna Euryale: Don't worry about it, the admins (Maedi and I) will take care of such issues. Feel free to upload ... Though it always IS best to upload disk images of original media, created by Disk Copy 6.3.3 and compressed with Stuffit 4 or 5.

In any case, if necessary I can try to convert this to an img.sit ... Shouldn't be too hard.

Bad. It is a zip file.

Mod notice: Please look inside first. And read the descriptions.

I hope You enjoy this program, this is what got me started into the Web Page programming in the first place, because of its easy to use interface, i don't even remember reading the Tutorial to learn how to use it, and it' s also a great tool for learning Basic HTML.
