@SPINNLESDAMORON2 Maybe you don't need Little Snitch. Simply turn off WiFi and/or disconnect network (ethernet) cables from your computer.
I run Mac OS 10.8 and I don't know if Little Snitch works on it
It should be as easy as disconnecting the computer from the network (no active internet connection), running the installer and entering a serial included in the RTF document and go from Step 6.
